Refund Policy

At Desibaazar, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Certain items are non-returnable, including downloadable software products, gift cards, and personal care items (e.g., skincare, hygiene products). To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 9701999033 and provide your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within 3 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
